Idler Trolley Single Hook Hoists

  • Ideal for low capacity applications where motorized horizontal movement is not required
  • Standard capacities available up to 20,000 lbs

  • Engineered for use on S-beams, W-beams, or patented tracks
  • Ideal for bridge cranes, monorail tracks, jib, gantry, or cantilever applications
  • Can be used to negotiate monorails with curved tracks
  • Optional trolley wheel material: Hardened Steel, Bronze, or Stainless steel

Motor Driven Trolley Single Hook Hoists

  • Most popular single hook configuration
  • Powered horizontal movement
  • Ideal for monorails, bridge beams, gantry and jib cranes
  • Standard capacities available up to 20,000 lbs.

  • Trolley speeds typically available: 14 fpm – 141 fpm

  • Hook stays centered below the middle of the drum
  • No hook block drift
  • Standard capacities available up to 20,000 lbs.
  • Available in lug mounted, idler trolley, or motor-driven trolley configurations
  • Optional trolley wheel material: Hardened Steel, Bronze, or Stainless steel
  • Hoists configured for minimal headroom requirements
  • Headroom is defined as the distance from the tread
    of the track to the palm of the hook
  • Standard capacities available up to 15,000 lbs.
  • Available as idler trolley or motor-driven trolley configurations

  • Capacity up to 6000 lbs., 14-7/16″ headroom
  • Capacity up to 10,000 lbs., 24″ headroom
