In this Inside Sales Representative role, you will support our internal operations and service departments. You will provide superior customer service in every interaction within a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities include using portals, price sheets, and parts manuals to obtain parts pricing, and working with suppliers to secure parts with the best pricing and lead times. You will work closely with the service manager to quote repairs found during inspections and service calls, issue purchase orders to suppliers and contractors, and collaborate with service and installation coordinators to ensure parts are available for service and installation jobs. Additionally, you will develop a system to streamline the quoting of standard services, perform general administrative office work, maintain Excel spreadsheets, and enter call, quote, and order information into the CRM system. You will also assist inside sales as needed.
