CraneWerks is a fast-growing overhead crane manufacturer in Morristown, Indiana. We’re looking for a motivated individual to perform the functions of Installation Coordinator.
SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES
- Unpack, examine and route incoming shipments, reject damaged items, record shortages, and correspond with production manager to rectify damages and shortages (or delegate responsibility to shop assistant)
- Report defective materials or questionable conditions to the production manager
- Coordinate with installation crews and monitor job progress, communicate with installer(s) who are onsite to ensure that things go according to plan
- Ensure lift equipment is rented and off rented for installation jobs
- Compose installation packets and review when crews return
- Hold pre-installation meetings with installation crews
- Understand equipment needs and rents equipment as needed (special equipment include: carry decks, telehandlers, etc.)
- Put system manuals together and ensures all installation material and equipment is loaded onto trucks
- Compose list of skid material for systems and delegates as needed
- Verify all material is loaded for system shipments (collectors, radios, manuals, touch up paint, etc.)
- Become familiar with all SOPs related to your department
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
- Construction Experience: 2 years (Preferred)
- Construction Experience: 2 years (Preferred)
- Lift Equipment: 2 years (Preferred)
- Scheduling: 2 years (Preferred)

TRANSPORTATION
Must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate near Morristown, IN 46161 before starting work
