“My communication and honesty, along with a sense of urgency and willingness to learn, got me here,” Conner shared.

In the early days, the hurdle was vast – a whirlwind of information. Yet, surrounded by the CraneWerks family, Conner embraced the opportunity to learn. Traveling with our installation team and shadowing outside sales expanded his knowledge, connecting the dots between cranes and parts.

Daily Operations

Conner’s days are a symphony of phone calls, inquiries, and orders, each chord resonating with the pulse of customer needs.

“Understanding the customers’ needs and recommending the right part or product is my mission,” Conner affirmed.

Collaborating with outside sales reps, he juggles quotes efficiently, navigating through the intricacies of diverse crane variations. Every day brings a new challenge, but Conner thrives on the rewarding feeling of swift quotes and successful sales.

The role is not without its challenges. Conner faces the daily puzzle of quoting for a wide range of crane variations. Yet, the rouse of overcoming these hurdles, coupled with the supportive CraneWerks team, fuels his journey. “I love the rewarding feeling of getting a quote out quickly or successfully landing a sale,” Conner adds, embodying the spirit of CraneWerks’ commitment to customer satisfaction.
