Role Description

As our Service Estimator, you will play a critical role in supporting our operations by procuring parts and quoting services. This administrative and customer service position is essential for ensuring smooth and efficient operations within our service and installation departments. You will work closely with suppliers, service managers, and coordinators to provide accurate quotes and timely parts procurement.

As our Service Estimator, you will:

    • Provide superior customer service in a fast-paced environment, supporting our internal operations and service departments.
    • Use portals, price sheets, and parts manuals to obtain parts pricing.
    • Work with suppliers to secure parts with the best pricing and lead times.
    • Collaborate closely with the service manager to quote repairs identified during inspections and service calls.
    • Issue purchase orders to suppliers and contractors.
    • Coordinate with service and installation coordinators to ensure parts are available for service and installation jobs.
    • Develop and implement a system to streamline the quoting process for standard services.
    • Perform general administrative office tasks, including maintaining Excel spreadsheets and entering call/quote/order information into the CRM system.
    • Assist inside sales as needed.
